Roger Tan is an experienced businessman based in Kuala Lumpur . Mr Tan is a Barrister, member of Gray's Inn and a Hughes Parry Prize winner at the Law Department of the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Mr Tan is currently the Deputy Chairman of ECM Libra Berhad and prior to that was President/CEO of Hong Leong Credit Berhad (2001-2004) and Hume Industries ( Malaysia ) Bhd (1993-2001).

Mr Tan' has 35 years experience in the banking, finance and industrial sectors. He holds a number of company directorships in Asia and continues as the Vice President of the Malaysian Leprosy Relief Association – a position he has held since 1991.
