The guys will be on the roadshow circuit to make sure that those participating in this $60-100M IPO are fully in the loop and happy with the listing as well as baiting those who were not included in the raising so they give a good uplift once the shares are listed. At this stage keeping the interest from the North American brokers may well add significantly to the price post listing. Infact since the listing price isn't set yet, I am happy to stand corrected, therefore they will be doing these trips to better gauge the listing price before it is inked in....
