When PRX was ABU several complaints were made to ASIC over the debacle of Old Pirate. ASICs reply was there is not enough evidence. Blind Freddie could have made a case against the then directors, but that was before the banking Royal Commission that criticized ASICs blase attitude to what was going on in the corporate world. Things havn't changed much. Business as usual for some.
