Looks to me like he's ramping his own holding. He may of course be right, but the level of false "detail" in that report is astonishing compared to the one really important issue of whether SIR-Spheres have a measurable PFS and/or OS benefit in HCC and mCRC. Not to mention the question of whether current management are competent enough to take the results and maximise the value of them.

You'd have to say that if the trial results are half-way decent this company is a sitting duck for a low-ball takeover. Perhaps our only hope is for a bidding war to break out to push the takeover value to something even remotely approaching fair value. Probably what GW is hoping too, then his share options will vest and he can continue smugly into retirement.
