when Thorney did the deal with QTK....QTK was trading at 28c.
Thorney paid a 20% premium to acquire the shares.
I am not saying it will or will not happen.
Thorney wanted to renegotiate.
If they can......why couldn't QTK?
I think everyone said at the time inculding The Ferret.....Thorney got them cheap.
QTK might have had time to reflect on this as well....
now wouldn't that throw a spanner into the works!
