I don't think Frank is allowed to be the 'helme' of another company ( but check that ) . Surely we would hope not . I notice his step son , Ben Mead , the ex MHM CFO !! is involved with ARK . Worth having a look at how he is going with that . It really doesn't appear leopards ever change their spots .
