Managements reponsibility particularly with a spec company like this is to foster investment. When share price soars naturally it immediately attracts the dailies.
I think it is true however , that a short quick buck in enough volume can seriously affect SP , Yes we need trading but I think Rogers et al will test the waters with timing of anns like Gold has done with DNDN.
Longs will be rewarded
rogers won't reward shorts
