Just a question of the proposed options ... are these going to be listed or are they going to be unlisted?
I believe this will make a difference in terms of their liquidity.
If they are unlisted means you have to exercise them and sell the shares. If the options are listed then I assume you can have the option to sell them without stumping up more money.
