Finnish commercial registers reveal that a substantial owner of RMI Rohan Patnaik is the seller of the Finnish reservations.
He is the chairman of element92 Suomi Oy (Finland Ltd). This can be seen e.g. from "Asiakastieto"



This also shows that the company was founded in February 2022

The Finnish company made announcements for the three reservations in March and
the authority accepted these April 20th 2022.

The reservations costed 2900 euros, so the total investment for the fees was 8700 euros.
elementX has already made huge profit by the exclusivity fee worth about 219 000 euros
using the share price in June.

Making a reservation is easy in Finland. There are lots of regions available close to mines and old occurences in impossible places like in National Parks. One may wonder why RMI is not making the reservations itself.

They are several fold business partners also in Volt Resources, Lindian and Auking.

Reservations gives priority for applying for exploration licenses, but these are subject to separte application process which includes public hearing and consideration for e.g. the plans of municipalities and rights of land owners.
Many municipalities are against mining and are likely have boosted rights after revision of the mining law. The plan is that the ontinuation of exploration after 10 years would also require permission of at least 50 % of the land owners
