To extend that further, if goodwill and intangibles are not reflective of Invested Capital that is of enduring capitalisable benefit, you would need to amortise it off, which is probably more reflective of its definite useful life.
The problem is, when you do this the company never makes an EBIT positive result, which goes to say....investments and returns made by this management team don’ t and haven’t in fact created any net enterprise additional worth for shareholders.
