    Spot on Middlefork.
    Salim Group is calling the shots, not management and it is the minority shareholders that are going to get screwed. This is a great lesson in that no matter how good of an asset a company has (and romang is such an asset), it does not automatically mean that minority shareholders will make money out of it. Very disappointing...
