I really don't think you can blame management here. The problem lies with investors who have sold ROL down to such ridiculous levels that Salim could see an opportunity to take it over cheaply.
ROL have got good assets on Romang that clearly haven't been fully defined as yet (gold, silver, manganese) and successfully bid $15million for an asset with an NPV of $250million plus.
And yet the herd that has sold out of just about every Junior exploration company has trashed the ROL price from 58c in late January to 23c this week.
