    I am cautious about the NPV of Andash because, as far as I am aware:
    - the NPV is several years old
    - the gold price seems to be on a pretty strong downtrend
    - I'm not sure how ROL is proposing to raise the start up funds
    - I'm not sure they even have government approval to mine
