    Two strategies/theories IMO. 1. what he says is true and they are just real smart and tied up with a great partnership with Salim? or 2. They're being pushed out softly/slowly from romang and have been sent to Andash as a trade off?
    My belief is 1. and at .23c its a buy. But hey I've been riding this cat for 2 years so what do I know?
