Well have you looked at how some of our banks work and how many court case they have been involved in but you still invest with them.

When we see the agreement details maybe things might be clearer and we all maybe can come to a conclusion.

Using some other court matter as a measuring stick is not logical because they could have completly different conditions ect ect or who ever made that agreement.

Now if they is a clause that PDY needs to come up with x amount yes i guess management will have to look at the matter.
But it seems at the time we get 36% and they get 64% but as stated time will tell
