Im very impressed he has avoided jail thus far.
He must have very good corporate legal advice prior to approaching his targets.
I note that one of his partners in an American "finance deal" is an experienced corporate lawyer.
He must know every loophole there is.
Take people like this to expose flaws in the system, sort of like whatever his name was from the 'Catch Me If You Can' book and movie.
