Whilst we wait to hear the outcome of the sale process with SO4 I have been reading about the CEFC and how they are investing in projects that will help Australia achieve net zero by 2050. SO4 as an emerging leader for low emissions potash production is a perfect example of the type of business that CEFC provided funding to encourage the private sector to invest. When the SHs finally get to see what has transpired it will be interesting to see the communication between the Board and CEFC leading into the appointment of KPMG and Korda Mentha in October 2021.
