It is said that in WW11 the Italians were the only army to have a tank with 4 reverse gears - and 1 forward gear incase they got attacked from the rear!
Having working in Italy for many years a while back I witnessed first hand the nightmare bureaucracy to get absolutely anything done - they just don't have it in them to fast track anything unfortunately. Anyway, something is stirring the sp at long last lets hope it keeps the upward trend.
