The best way IMO, to reduce larger families sizes in poorer countries ,is education. Studies have shown this to be so. The kicker however ,is rising education leads to higher consumerism.
Why do we still have slavery in the world? Who benefits from masses on uneducated people?
Personally, I am of the view ,the UN was set up to fail , veto votes insure failure.
