Why is it that young girls (or boys) are allowed out by themselves at ages 12, 13, 14 in public and private areas without adult supervision - where it is well known that perpetrators of sexual abuse will be attracted like flies to honey?
It's not like we are oblivious to the fact that there are sexual molesters -------- we have know that since time immemorial.
But, we let mere kids out dressed like sexual dolls.
I observed some foreign exchange kids - girls, 17 going out on the town - leaving home at midnight and returning home around 5 am - unsupervised ----------
what, pray tell do we expect to happen?
And ---------- they were 17 --------- the 'children' we are talking about here are 13/14 - and you can see them out - all hours at night in any city in many countries.
Just where the hell is duty of care here?
Whether or not this bloke is guilty is one thing --- the thing we KNOW is that sexual predators exist -- probably in droves --------
so, why, in the name of god, do we let little sexual girls out at all hours of night dressed to kill -----------
and then, blame the predators for whatever it is they do?
Just where the hell should the responsibility fall?
Sorry, I just don't understand our society - not a bit.
