And the $20 gives users unlimited calls and texts, texts worldwide and a different approach to 'roaming'. somewhat different to just available in Aus like providers here. But yes, USD not AUD but no, nothing local is even remotely comparably imo.
For what its worth, I know several people with Nexus phones. It is more of a proof of concept admittedly, the reviews and feedback seems pretty positive though so would be a game-changer if apple struck similar deals etc.
