d_ricardo...I can definitely feel an insto is taking a position. The volume and buy at market style is a give away.
I think there a couple of reason for this.

1.The ORd Minnet Report being circulated ...valuing CUS at
$3.14. They love the stock and would be pushing it to
thier clients.
2.Investors taking June 30th losses on other stocks and
looking for the "new black"
3.General market becoming nervous again and cycling into
defensives - I'd call CUS a defensive ? ie. resilient &
recurring revenue.

I think we will end up around the $2.75 mark prior to the release of the financials in AUGUST. Remember a business update usually come out 2 weeks prior. Then it will grind it's way to $3.30 over the next 6 months till the FEB 2010
report tells all.
