It is not so much bopd as upgraded reserve estimates. Originally meant to be out in early Dec but could be another month or might be tomorrow. The delay is I think discussion between the JV parties as to what they are going to say or who is going to say what and how they are going to explain it if theirc announcemnts differ. HDR gave some bopd guidelines (60-80000) in their presentations and WPL have given theirs in their presentation (40-60000). This is only from memeory
