From time to time, I have posted of irregularities I have observed in Warrant Issuer's MM quotes which indicate manipulation of I/Vol ...
I can tell the difference between market swings in I/Vols and manipulation ...
The ASX requires only that Issuer's (MM) are present in the Market.
I took an Issuer to task recently and following a number of exchanges (we both traded crunched numbers...) was able to analyse how this MM construct quotes ... very complicated and at certain times can be regarded as manipulation ...
By definition, a deviation from OPM's according to a prescribed pattern is a basis for manipulation.
Some Issuer's have better reputations than others ...
