How amateur are these guys to go and advise months ago that the dewatering would be well progressed by end October, without checking the actual rig capaibility first ? .... unprofessional !!

Is that not the most incriminating fact to hold against Ray James, and an example of many other similar unprofessional mis-judgements in past announcements ?.... he is definitely out of his depth.
