Agree AO. I have recommended to those holding cash who are unsure what to do with it to buy NAB up to $30.50. Collect the $2 dividend (annual pre tax yield of 8.67% - much better than a savings account) and hold through the volatility until it retraces to $35 on one of the sucker rallies we will get through the course of the year. I don't think our market will necessarily be higher in 12 months time but I know that it will certainly be volatile. This strategy allows one to profit from the volatility while still picking up a yield superior to many term deposits.
