watso was determined not to post on this forum again .. but again watso capitulates ..
watso has previously posted about oats (rolled oats in particular) ..
obviously it all depends on how much a person wants to consume - but the measure that watso uses - is that he will get 9 bowls of oats from a 750gm pack ($1.35 from aldi - or $1.40 from woolies) ..
the trick is to make the oats taste a bit tasty ..
using fruit is a good start .. but when fruit is not available ..
for whatever reason, watso does not use the flavouring sachet for the instant noodles - but they work a treat with oats .. and then watso noticed the Worcestershire sauce bottle .. add a bit of that - and then the oats are real tasty
mmm watso also uses 50gm of full cream milk powder with the oats .. so that is about 50c extra //
all done in the 600ml vacuum food flask .. filled with boiling water
