    Some analysyts are saying a 40-60% drop in the Australian real estate prices in the next 2-3 years (Nines "Today" show-18/8).

    A lot of the time you find half credible people in finance spruiking fear. All in order to get some cheap shares for themselves.

    So if I was to listen to them, I would be selling all my UNS holding today and get back in somewhere around
    .20-.30 cents.
