    We should easily qualify for a Nasdaq uplisting based on our income, share price, market cap, having 6,000+ stockholders and the raise accompanying the uplist should take care of the stockholders' equity requirement (that equity was $19 million USD in the last financials but cash is being burned)..

    Here are the listing requirements. We should qualify under multiple categories of the Global Market and Capital Market requirements.
