Really they should charge an exit fee, at the end of the day who has to process the rollover request? there is alot that needs to be completed, not just completing a form and its done.
If direct assets are involved theres a heap of selling or transfers required.
Some may say that they should do it for free because they already get paid lots... well i disagree - if you complain about the fee later why did you sign up to begin with?
