I have set this thread up with the intention of collating a list of problems that can be relayed back to management to resolve. Many posters will be quite comfortable to contact the Wangle team directly via email mailto:[email protected] or phone +61 8 6489 1600 or +61 8 9325 4981, for those that would prefer to voice concerns over HC please add issues to this thread and I will collate issues to pass on in a single email. To ensure that adequate information is available for the team to address the problem make sure you add as much information as possible (rough template below)

User number if known (probably better than email if posting publicly)

Date identified
Date resolved
If we can aim to keep a rolling list and revisit to close out issues as resolved then we can keep a good picture of current issues, thanks
