Hard to believe that the placing was 2x oversubscribed by sophisticated investors and they didn’t manage to find a home for the retail shortfall.
Vimy has a great team established but they have been extremely expensive to maintain over the last few years!
Their strategy to be prepared and have the right team in place once the market turns might be on the money in hindsight but until now it’s been very costly to shareholders.........
Also awaiting the CR with interest, would be good to see some participation by the directors this time.
