No a lot different to rolling from one super fund to another but in this case the chq should be made out to the Sav Super Fund which should be paid into an account in the same name, unless of course someone steals it and manages to defraud you.

I expect that eSuper are not that type of organisation so you should be OK. By making eSuper your 'mailbox' all correspondence will go there so you'll need to trus them I expect.
