Thanks Vintage, I think what you say is right. I also think our value in the market won't escape those (like the Chinese) who will not plan to change much in terms of their approach to nuclear energy as a result of the Japanese experience, for a whole range of rational and technical reasons.
They need the power and they need the U to support it. Worst case for PEN is a takeover at less than the real value we all perceive it has.
