Some comments from the ASX release today.
"A relatively small scale open pit mine" - sounds like it can be expanded. That is a positive.
"approx 500 people" - already commented on and I agree.
"RP is well served by existing infrastructure for power, water and transport" - good!!
"OZL has been conducting extensive due diligence, analysis and valuation on RP for some months, including several visits to the site" - this site has been on the OZL agenda for quite a while - they have not rushed into this and appear to be going in with eyes as wide open as possible.
Agree on the concern re the environmental issues - but again OZL is going in knowing the issues.
So, we have some more data, but it is all qualitative, no quantitative data has been supplied. Wait and see what happens tomorrow morning - I suspect that the presentation pack has already been created, with spaces for the sale price to be added in. If OZL win the bidding, expect the info to be released to the market tomorrow morning.
