Not brilliant... production down 22%- yet again production problems. Once is bad luck, 3 years in a row takes skill
So in spite of higher commodity prices - cash position neutral QonQ
As mentioned previously, big debt repayments coming in 2nd half ... so no surprise there is a new cash raising exercise ... as usual at a discount.
Shareholders diluted again ... same for the past 20 years.
Their current hard on is a gas prospect (Welchau prospect) ... they need a new shiny toy to attract new equity ... less excitement about H2 and things ("project planning/definition continues")
Anshof - State has up to 3 months to decide if they will fund 40% of the second well ... as of quarter end no decision made ... but XST would have to raise capital to participate, as they only have A$716k in the bank at the end of Q2.
Romania - looking for new funding to do anything ... would seem to indicate that Reabold Resources has gone cold on them. The ongoing engineering study must be the longest study ever conducted in the history of the industry .... unless it is complete and does not say positive things.
... and they are dreaming of Italy again
somehow, the cupboard of ideas seems a little bare.
