Clq have raised cash @ 20 cents @ 30 cents @ 88 cents and the share price has dropped below the capital raising price every time. More than likely it will go below 1.15 this time. So what ? Big deal. Clq will be first to production in Aus and reap the rewards. The others might get there but just look at past iron ore plays. History repeats and repeats.
