Thanks... I am well aware that Sally was sarcastically implying that because boc did not have many GA's (or likes), he is not a good analyst...
Which is why I pointed out that having a large amount of either of these does not automatically make you a great analyst . It is not particularly difficult for someone to gain a lot of them if that is their primary goal.
If people look @ the "Heart", "Likes", or "GA Awards" before they consider the actual post, they risk being blinded by the glitz or ignore some sage wisdom.
