AJ...I have wondered if CLQ would ever be accessible to the Chinese public. The Chinese establishment is motivated to have a high SP for CLQ, because they are partners CLQ and the gains are structured to amply reward them.
So IMO Jiang and Pengxin have a motivation to create stock price support for CLQ, which could be easily accomplished by making it accessible to Chinese investors.
