I believe MC is a shareholder, hence I'm not too sure if he rocks up to AXM's offices to work. Remember that Mark Creasy is a prospector and famous for finding Bronzewing and Jundee which are multi-million ounce mines. If you wanted to find gold around the northern goldfields, he'd be your man. I'd guess running a mining company would be a different kettle of fish - hence leaving it to Newmont/Apex/Navigator to run their respective mines.
