Classy Managing Director!!!! When I or any one else has time a search of his other Directorships should be done so we know when his next selling spree will be.And we can all email those companies suggesting that he, rather than their shares, should be "DUMPED"

    Fury over sell-up
REMEMBER Citrofresh — the disinfectant maker with a share price bolting 150 per cent in one day over some boisterous claims it had a cure-all for HIV, SARS and the common cold?

Well, chins are again wagging about this small Geelong-based outfit, after it emerged that two directors — including its chairman — dumped shares onto the market amid last week's pandemonium.

In a stunning endorsement for the long-term prospects of the company, director Mathew Walker sold his entire holding — a million shares — for $577,000 on Friday. The transaction occurred at an average price of 58¢ a share — a curious occurrence given the intraday high for the stock was around 33¢.

On the same day, a group owned by Citrofresh's chairman, Ron Gajewski, achieved a $116,000 profit, after exercising some options at 25¢ and then selling some on for 56¢. Shares closed yesterday at 30.5¢.

Chief executive Ravi Narain, already battling a credibility problem after the company's claims were questioned by the Australian Stock Exchange, was apparently furious after learning about his directors' trades.(AGE TODAY)
