This company is run by achievers who put their money where their mouth/chequebook is.
Have a look at Arrow. Ron was part of it. But as Ron openly says he does not enjoy management.So he created his own company, invested heavily into it and now has it positioned to become mid tier status. Have a look at the acreage he has just aquired.
