Sometimes the best innovations are things that don't seem quite right at the time, but when you look back in the years to come make perfect sense. Who would have thought dairy with the A1 protein removed could become a best seller and yet look at A2 and how many people were sceptical a couple years back.

I like the technology and I like the results from the trials they have performed, the only thing that was missing for me was demand and the order that was recently placed from China has proven there is a need. What I am interested in is just how much of a need is there? I haven't been able to figure that one out.
