Because AU investors are not interested in this 15 million dollar offering because of more and more dilution- the AU investor has sold off sea .05-.06 below the offering price!
In reality the company does not need the extra cash- 46 million or so + 160 million or so -yielding some 200 million dollars-- Many of you are asking, "why are you diluting us when we do not need the money! We as shareholders have decided not to take the bait and will punish the stock until the offering is pulled or expires without completion!
This offering has cost us some .20 in share valuation and we all agree - enough is enough!
Per Pink floyd,"we are not going to take it anymore! or something like that"!
It traded as low as .77 in the US on thursday and closed @ .81
Bottom-line why pay .86 when you can buy @ .81--
