The Rooderand project will offer PLA an excellent alternative to Kalplats stage 2. If Platinum prices remain below $1200 Rooderand which is a Smokey Hills look alike will easily fill in the ounces lost in Kalplats 2 ( lower grade ore) The current feasibility being done on Kalplats is to mine the higher grade 3.5g/t ore and leave the lower grade for higher platinum prices. Rooderand at 150,000 oz a year production at higher grades 5-7g/t will fill in the gap so that PLA still achieves a 250,000 oz pa production.

PLA has aquired a great little project in Rooderand that will mix in with its long term low cost production strategy.

I look forward to the coming quarterly which will show that Smokey Hills production teething problems are behind us and we can look forward to 60,000 tons per month throughput.
