Agree. Worth the risk given its past performance. Even though some mgt has left and no announcement. Strange but worth a punt at these levels. It's nice to hear that NEA are cheaper and better than pictometry by one customer, if this is the case the US should pick up over time. Tom Tom was great... to get some big names on board.
