Free will House is 80years old. That sounds charming. Until we sold upon death our family home was 90 years old. One place I owned was 50 years old. Today I was in Midland(WA)on the river side, beautiful charming places oozing with character and style. No offense to anyone, current house was 8 years when we bought it. These places will never ever see heritage listing unless it's from disbelief that they haven't fallen apart completely. They don't build them like they used to ;(
