Disclosure: I realise HC has some tradies and they may be an exception to the rule and produce craftsmen work.

But the majority of the industry is infiltrated by cowboys. Unless licenced work such as gas/major electrical...or requiring specialist equipment like oxy/acetylene...you're better of with YouTube and your local Bunnings. Doesn't anyone have an eye for squareness or know how to use a spirit level or set square?

I may be presumptuous here. I bet both failed their first test. Did they put a mat between the ladder and the gutter to avoid paint damage?
