If you are keen on dividends, you are welcome to pay yourself one by selling a couple of shares. It's gone up high enough that I wouldn't blame people if they felt they needed to to rebalance their portfolios.
For the moment, there is too much opportunity for PNV not to invest. NovoSorb is a platform technology - they need to invest to develop and bring its products into other markets such as breast slings, hernia, pelvic floor etc. I'd rather see them reinvest money to bring those opportunities closer. If I need the cash, I can sell off a few shares here 'n there on the way up. Thankfully I haven't needed to yet.
