If the Bombora device tests out okay, why not slip a couple in off Garden Island. Being an alternate wave energy device to Ceto shouldn't preclude this technology from being part of the Garden Island Microgrid Project.
This device harvest the wave energy close to shore where the waves break, while Ceto 6 is in deeper water much further out.
Grouping marine energy technologies with different characteristics would be away of extracting more energy during seasonal weather changes.
ARENA has had a hand in the development of both technologies, so would want co operation between them I would think.
